In our shot blasting and finishing machines as well as our robotic and hand grinding / polishing department, the finished parts receive the final touch. Whether blasted, slippered, ground or polished: our surface treatment gives the finished parts the pre-set finish for powder coating, painting or galvanizing.

Due to the different production methods used by us, sharp edges can be rounded on the castings and residual burrs can be removed cleanly.

Especially with decorative components, a uniform surface treatment is very important. To ensure this, depending on the component geometry and lot size, either by hand or by robot in the in-house grinding and polishing the desired surface is generated.

On request, we also take on the subsequent surface treatment, such as KTL and powder coating.
